I had forgotten what truly professional, personal service is like. That is, until I asked Global Village Travels to handle my arrangements. My contact was Gloria Hobbins, and let me tell you that she was on the mark with customizing my trip. Gloria carefully noted my preferences and then presented a few packages. The right amount so as to avoid overwhelming me with choices. After that she assisted in refining it down to the perfect holiday. I suppose her service could have ended there, to my satisfaction. Yet she went above and beyond. She continued to provide guidance, advice, and answer my questions all the way through. So what do I think about my trip? Let's do it again soon, LOL!

She helped my husband and I plan a trip to India and did an amazing job! She has traveled to India several times herself and is very knowledgeable about India travel. She advised about obtaining visa into India, assisted us with tours and helped arrange drivers and vehicles for travel throughout the country. She is truly amazing!
